Consultation Services
Since astrology, numerology, and palm reading consultations are personalized services, all completed consultations are considered delivered upon providing the consultation.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Payment was made but the consultation could not be provided due to our inability to deliver the service.
- Incorrect payment processing caused by our system.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The consultation has already been completed.
- The client is dissatisfied with predictions or advice.
- Incorrect information (such as date, time, or place of birth) was provided by the client.
- The client fails to attend or respond at the scheduled consultation time without prior notice.
Cancellation
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us before the scheduled consultation time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if applicable, will generally be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
